Our training and record-keeping office is listed in the trainer register of the German Fitness and Health Facility Employers’ Association (DSSV). The courses of our training and record-keeping office (certificates) are categorised according to the qualification levels of the trainer register, which is based on the German Qualification Framework (DQR). As a new employee, you will receive recognised training with seminars in which you will be prepared for your future duties.

Training and record-keeping office (Kieser ADOK)

At the training and record-keeping office of Kieser, we prepare you for your future duties in your function at the studio. The training and record-keeping office is listed in the trainer register of the German Fitness and Health Facility Employers’ Association (DSSV). Dedicated sports scientists, doctors and other specialists in their respective fields work as educators here. All courses and certificates are categorised based on the qualification levels of the training register and certified on the basis of the German Qualification Framework (DQR).

Further training

All employees receive further training in annual courses in the fields of instruction and training management, service and communication, and training medicine. There are also courses at the BSA and degrees at the affiliated German University for Prevention and Health Management to drive individual professional development.
